Welcome to 2015! This is our first meetup of the year and I'm looking forward to meeting a number of new members in the group. In case you didn't notice we've passed 250 members and the vast majority are active PM's. I'm delighted to see the growth in the group and the conversations at each meetup are great. I've learned about a lot of new opportunities at various companies as well as had some great chats about product strategy.
For those of you new to the group, Pints with PDX Product Managers is a way to meet other PM's, product marketers, or product owners. Come to network, learn from other PM's, talk shop, and of course have a beer (on me!). As always, it'll be great to hear what everyone is working on these days, especially your thorny PM issues.
We're back at the wonderful Ex Novo Brewing Company. Ex Novo is a relatively new brewery located just north of the Rose Quarter in NE Portland. It's a non-profit brewery so the good news is the money spent there goes to a great cause. The beer is great and they have a meeting room upstairs that'll be perfect for us. There's street parking near the pub.
When you arrive, aim for the right side of the pub and head up the stairs. I'll try to have a sign or two for us to direct traffic.
Name.com is heading to Portland Startup Week from Feb 2-6! To honor our Portland adventure, we're going to be taking over a coffee shop. What does this mean?! It means that you walk into the coffee shop, high five us, and we give you free coffee. Besides making high fives the official currency of coffee drink purchasing, we really just want to meet you, hang out, and give you some name.com (free t-shirt and/or domains anyone?!).

Portland Startup Week is happening from Feb. 2-6th. It's a week full of amazing panels, talks, and events. Coffee w/ Co-Founders X (can't believe this is the 10th one!) will bookend the week with a great informal morning get together of the area's most incredible Entrepreneurs.
Come by, have some coffee, bring lots of business cards, and be ready to meet Portland's next big idea!
