Introduction to the Community Public Offering: How to Raise Money From the Community

This information session is intended to provide an overview of the new law, and then spend time answering attendees' questions about how entrepreneurs might use Oregon's new Community Public Offering (CPO). Entrepreneurs may raise up to $250,000 from Oregon residents. This meeting is in preparation for our second Hatch Oregon cohort of entrepreneurs to make use of the CPO law. 

Amy Pearl, Founder and Executive Director of Hatch Innovation, the non-profit community innovation lab behind Hatch Oregon, the web platform through which businesses can list their offerings and through which investors can view and invest in those offerings, will be leading this session, and then will be available for half-hour one-on-one sessions to answer specific questions.

The information session will take place from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. There will be an hour break for lunch, and then the afternoon will be spent in one-on-one sessions.

The cost to participate in the information session is $50. Each half hour one-on-one session with Amy is an additional $50.
